JEM-1400 Transmission Electron Microscope 

The facility will provide technical consulting and support for biological and material specimen according to user need. The service will include TEM operation and image acquisition. The facility specifications are as follows:

4. Resolution: Point image：0.38 nm；Lattice image：0.20 nm 

5. Camera system: Gatan, Inc. Ultrascan 4000 4k x 4k CCD Camera System Model 895

   6-1 Gatan, Inc. Single Specimen Holder (EM21010) 
   6-2 Hydrophilic Treatment Device (JEOL, HDT-400)
