儀器:掃描式雷射共軛焦顯微影像系統(Carl Zeiss LSM780)

此臺顯微鏡可以得到細胞的精緻螢光影像,不同的螢光染劑發出不同的散射光,經過影像重疊的處理可以得到不同蛋白質在細胞或組織內的相關位置。

參、取樣、使用應注意事項:

  1. 影像系統須由陳宗嶽老師實驗室專人操作,研究人員自行準備檢體,事先預約時段,並告知實驗需求(雷射光的種類、功能)。
  2. 不可使用USB,請自行携帶光碟片存取檔案。
  3. 要拍攝清晰的活細胞影像請避免使用塑膠底盤的dishmulti well plate,建議使用玻璃底盤的dish
  4. 載玻片左右兩側各保留至少0.5cm不被蓋玻片遮蓋,以保持樣品的平整。

操作時段以一小時為單位計算,一次預約至少一小時。

本儀器由專人操作,不開放訓練課程。

捌、其他注意事項:

  1. 須由陳宗嶽老師實驗室專人操作(使用者可與操作員討論),始能依規定使用。
  2. 預約時段前三天內不得取消,否則仍算收費時段。
  3. 資料存檔請先暫存到自己的資料夾中,並於實驗結束時立即將檔案燒錄於個人的光碟中。
  4. 專人會不定期清空所有資料夾中的所有檔案,並不負責使用人的資料保存。
  5. 電腦僅供測量及分析數據使用,請勿利用此電腦進行無關實驗之操作。
  6. 請使用者愛護儀器及相關設備,並維護儀器環境整潔。

The system’s illumination and detection design allow you to simultaneously acquire multiple fluorescence signals, the relative positions of different proteins in cells or tissues can be obtained which present delicate fluorescent images.

  1. Application notice
  1. The microscope system must be operated by the operator from Prof. Tzong-Yueh Chen’s laboratory. The researcher prepares the sample, makes an appointment in advance, and informs the operator about the experimental requirements (laser, application).
  2. Only CD/DVD is allowed to use for saving the data from the system computer.
  3. For live-cell imaging, please avoid using plastic bottom dish or multi-well plate, the glass bottom dish is suggested.
  4. The microscope slide should remain 0.5 cm on each side and not be coved by the cover glass to make the sides at the same level.

The operation time is an hour as the unit, each reservation at least 1 hour.

  1. The instrument can only be used under the assistance of the operator (the user can discuss with the operator). 
  2. The booking cannot be canceled within 3 days, or the user still needs to pay for the charges.
  3. Please save the raw data in a personal folder, and burned into a CD/DVD after finishing using it. 
  4. The raw data in the system computer will be cleared, and we are not responsible for the user's data preservation. 
  5. The computer is only available for measuring and analyzing data. Please do not use this computer for unrelated work. 
  6. Please take good care of the instrument and related equipment, and keep the instrument environment clean and tidy.
